About this experience

You may have heard of counting sheep to fall asleep, but have you ever heard of meditating with them?

This 60 min wellness experience has been designed to help you relax with therapeutic techniques and meditation.

The twist though? It features real-life Scottish Herdwick sheep!

With over 2000 guests under their belt, as well as features in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes, these are some famous (and naughty!) sheep.

Beccy or her yoga-instructor-daughter Rivkah will lead a 15-minute mindful meditation with the sounds of nature to soothe you, and the sheep come right up to the camera making for a very calming experience.

You'll also get to see stunning views of Loch Lomond National Park and hear the peaceful birdsong of the Scottish highlands. Become part of the flock and learn some therapeutic breathing exercises to virtually escape to the calm of the farm...

“ By the end, it was impossible not to feel de-stressed; even one of the sheep had fallen asleep ”
New York Times
“ You knew that counting sheep helps you sleep, but did you know meditating with them can be even more rejuvenating? Be prepared for an overload of cuteness and calmness! ”
Vogue
“ This was a wonderful group event, and was a great opportunity for us to decompress as a team. We loved the tactile mindfulness skills that we learned, and meeting all the sheep! ”
